Job Title:

Strategic Workforce Development Professional

Role Summary:

This key role involves providing expert advice and support to management and staff on human resource management functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR advisory services, including establishment management, payroll, employee relations issues, recruitment, appointments, employment conditions, and training.
  • Develop, review, and implement HR-related policies and procedures to support organisational objectives and provide best practice HR management services.
  • Assist with transactional HR management systems and processes, including sensitive/confidential HR matters.
Requirements:
  • Well-developed knowledge and understanding of contemporary HR legislation, principles, and practices.
  • Proven experience in providing advisory and consultancy services to management and staff on human resource management matters.
  • Demonstrated well-developed interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Relevant tertiary or postgraduate qualifications in human resource management.
