Job Description

As a strategic HR advisor, you will play a key role in delivering technical and operational human resource advice to support business objectives. You will be responsible for mentoring and supervising operational HR staff, as well as providing expert guidance on human resources legislation, policies, and procedures.



Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Expertise in Human Resources: A deep understanding of human resources principles, practices, and legislative requirements.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: The ability to mentor and supervise operational HR staff to build their skills and knowledge.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
