As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and recommendations to management on a wide range of complex human resource and change management issues as required.

  • Deliver high-quality HR advice focusing on solutions-oriented approaches that drive business outcomes.
  • Provide strategic human resource guidance on significant organisational change initiatives.
  • Educate and enable line managers to support their ongoing responsibility for effective people management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including management, employees, and HR colleagues.
  • Prepare concise, high-quality correspondence and submissions on complex people management issues.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to provide expert HR consultancy services delivering high-quality advice to management.
  • Strong analytical and diagnostic skills with the ability to formulate and implement proactive strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to consult, liaise, and negotiate with clients.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in contemporary human resource management legislation, policies, and practices.
  • Leadership capabilities as outlined in relevant leadership competencies frameworks.
