Job Title: Human Resources Expert

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join our team as a part-time HR Lead.

About the Role

This role involves delivering comprehensive HR services, ensuring compliance with policies and values, and managing the employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, and exit. You will provide HR support with sensitivity and confidentiality, assist in performance management and training development, develop and monitor HR policies for legal compliance, maintain HR records, and prepare reports.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have a relevant HR qualification (e.g., Certificate IV in Human Resources) and at least 3 years' experience in a generalist HR role. Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and enterprise agreements is essential. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle sensitive information are also required.
