Job Description

Our organization is seeking a talented Human Resources Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our People and Culture department, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support on all human resources matters. This includes coordinating and supporting the delivery of various human resources activities, leading the planning and coordination of human resources related events and initiatives, and analyzing data and generating reports as required.

The successful candidate will have sound knowledge of human resource management legislation, policies, procedures, and practices. They will also possess highly developed interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to liaise, consult, and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Sound knowledge of human resource management legislation, policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Highly developed interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports as required.

How You Will Be Assessed
  • Sound knowledge of, and the ability to interpret and apply, human resource management legislation, policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Highly developed interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills as evidenced by the ability to liaise, consult, and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders and prepare accurate and meaningful advice, reports, correspondence, and presentations.
  • Demonstrated skill in the use of a range of computerized systems and applications relevant to Human Resources.
