**About the Role**

Programmed is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Membership and Administration Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and clients, while ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Work collaboratively with our gym and venue staff to deliver a high level of member and client engagement and experience
  • Coordinate administration for gym supplies, equipment inventory, and general ordering
  • Ensure membership compliance, including health screening, minors membership guidelines, and inductions
  • Coordinate member profile administration, including booking and filing member inductions
  • Develop and implement new member or retention campaigns
  • Undertake reception duties, including managing the gym inbox and emails, and undertaking general venue bookings
  • Support Venue Management in addressing client complaints

**Requirements**

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the sporting, tourism, and hospitality industries
  • Positive Blue card, which can be obtained prior to commencing
  • Police clearance, which can be obtained prior to commencing
  • Availability to work shifts ranging between 6am and 6pm, Monday to Friday, with the possibility of evenings or weekend shifts
