About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Officer to join our team in Charters Towers. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our managers and supervisors, as well as coordinate all incoming and outgoing communications for the business.

The role involves providing face-to-face interactions with clients and visitors, greeting them and directing them to the conference room or staff member's office. You will also be responsible for answering inquiries from the public, scheduling appointments, and receiving and sending out messenger/courier items.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar environment, knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures, and excellent communication skills. You will be proactive, organized, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to managers and supervisors
  • Coordinate all incoming and outgoing communications
  • Answer inquiries from the public and schedule appointments
