About Our Client
Our client is a well-established and respected leader in the Property Development industry. They are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to provide high-level administrative support to their entrepreneurial Managing Director.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including:
- Diary Management: Coordinating the Managing Director's schedule and ensuring seamless communication with staff, clients, and executives.
- Administrative Duties: Providing administrative support, including managing correspondence, preparing documents, and maintaining accurate records.
- Travel Coordination: Arranging domestic and international travel for the Managing Director and other senior executives.
- Event Planning: Coordinating client functions and events, ensuring seamless execution and excellent customer service.
- Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners.
- Gatekeeping: Screening all calls and ensuring that the Managing Director's time is protected.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software, such as Trello and Sharepoint.
- Discretion and Professionalism: The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
