We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Digital Solutions Consultant. As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for delivering enterprise-level solutions to our clients through problem-solving, testing, and code delivery.
Your primary focus will be on integrating our APIs/SDKs and custom features with our clients' mobile, web, e-commerce, and point of sale applications. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to understand the technology and resolve problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interface directly with enterprise clients to clarify requirements, conduct integration testing, load testing, and provide demos.
- Manage the technical customer relationship for all facets of the integration, including software upgrades and responding to customer needs for technical information.
- Work closely with development engineers, product managers, and account managers to understand the technology and resolve problems.
- Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where creative solutions are necessary.
- Position may require some travel and availability for off-hours support.
Requirements:
- A genuine interest in business processes, IT, and collaborative problem-solving.
- Newly graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Manufacturing, or ERP Systems Management.
- Driven and results-oriented personality with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A "can-do" attitude with strong analytical skills and a passion to learn and grow.
- Proficient in English; any additional languages are beneficial.
- Eligible to work in Australia.
- International experience from studies is a plus.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
