Strategic Digital Solutions Consultant

We are seeking a highly adaptable and self-starting Digital Business Analyst to join our team in Melbourne for an initial 6-month contract.
About the Role- As a Technical Business Analyst, you will work closely with key stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment on objectives and project deliverables.
- You will translate business needs into technical solutions and vice versa, ensuring clear communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, able to engage with both technical and business teams with ease, and ready to take ownership of key projects from day one.
Key Responsibilities:- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
- Business & Technical Analysis: Translate business needs into technical solutions and vice versa.
- Agile Methodology: Work in an agile environment, contributing to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative development processes.
- Consultative Approach: Act as a trusted advisor, identifying opportunities for process improvements and offering actionable insights based on data and feedback.
- Collaboration: Work across multiple business units, helping teams across the organization tackle complex challenges and deliver impactful digital solutions.
- Problem-Solving & Autonomy: Proactively identify issues, ask insightful questions, and take ownership of initiatives from start to finish.
- Digital Business Experience: Strong preference for candidates from businesses with a large digital presence.
- Agile & Tech-Savvy: Solid understanding of agile methodologies and comfortable working with a variety of digital tools and technologies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Adaptability: Highly adaptable with the ability to navigate a fast-paced, evolving business landscape.
- Consultative Mindset: Proven experience as a consultant who can independently pick up complex problems and drive them forward with little supervision.
- Upbeat & Fun: A positive, enthusiastic attitude, with the ability to have fun and contribute to a positive team culture.
We offer a competitive salary of $$140,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits. The salary is negotiable, but please note that it includes a 25% bonus structure for meeting or exceeding performance targets.
