Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Front Office Manager in managing the hotel's reservations system, ensuring accurate and efficient booking processes.
- Assist in processing third-party booking commissions and handling financial tasks with accuracy and precision.
- Train and develop other Front Office team members, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Collaborate with the Revenue team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hotel Front Office operations, specifically in reservations management roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and guests.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Proficiency in hotel software systems, including Resaweb and Opera.
