Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Front Office Manager in managing the hotel's reservations system, ensuring accurate and efficient booking processes.
  • Assist in processing third-party booking commissions and handling financial tasks with accuracy and precision.
  • Train and develop other Front Office team members, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Collaborate with the Revenue team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in hotel Front Office operations, specifically in reservations management roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and guests.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Proficiency in hotel software systems, including Resaweb and Opera.
