ROBERT WALTERS AUSTRALIA seeks an experienced Front Office Manager to join our team. As the primary point of contact for visitors and employees, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and professional image for the company.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, welcoming visitors and employees alike.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.
- Handle phone calls, directing them to the relevant personnel or departments as required.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings, preparing meeting materials and ensuring smooth logistics.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Support administrative tasks, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a corporate setting.
- Excellent communication skills, with a warm and approachable demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
