The Front Office Coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining the first impression of the Firm, meeting and greeting clients and visitors, and being a key member of the team responsible for the overall front of house activities, including meeting rooms.
This includes:
- Presenting a positive first impression of the Firm by greeting visitors and directing them to the correct team member and/or department.
- Providing excellent customer service as the first point of contact for external clients and visitors.
- Developing and maintaining professional relationships, in person and over the phone.
- Answering incoming telephone calls and assisting with general queries and information.
- Managing the reception area and keeping it tidy.
- Managing all meeting rooms, including bookings and ensuring presentation is maintained.
- Assisting with audio-visual setup in meeting rooms, including video and telephone conferences and presentations.
- Providing support for Firm events, including set up, service, and breakdown.
- Providing coffee, tea, or drink service to staff, clients, and guests.
- Receiving and acting on travel requests and booking forms.
- Assisting with catering orders and FOH stock levels.
