Quality Care and Continuous Improvement Coordinator

Centacare is seeking a highly skilled Quality Care and Continuous Improvement Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Quality Risk and Governance Unit, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating quality and continuous improvement activities across all Centacare services, supporting the Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager in implementing best practice policy and procedure, and ensuring compliance with relevant quality standards.
You will work closely with operational teams to drive quality and continuous improvement initiatives, and apply data analytics to assess and measure performance against quality standards. Your ability to develop respectful and productive relationships with stakeholders, including government and statutory bodies, will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate quality and continuous improvement activities across all Centacare services
- Support the Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager in implementing best practice policy and procedure
- Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards
- Work closely with operational teams to drive quality and continuous improvement initiatives
- Apply data analytics to assess and measure performance against quality standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as nursing, health, community services, or quality
- Auditing qualification desirable, but not essential
- High level understanding of quality frameworks and standards, including the Human Service Quality Framework and Aged Care Quality Standards
- Experience in a portfolio of aged care services, disability services, or mental health services
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills in coordinating quality and continuous improvement methodology
- Ability to develop respectful and productive relationships with stakeholders
