About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Improvement Specialist to join our team at Bank of Queensland. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across Property & Procurement.

Your primary objective will be to identify pain points, define processes, and support behavioral change. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement improvement strategies, enhance communication channels, and manage stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement improvement strategies to enhance employee and stakeholder experiences
  • Enhance communication channels to foster transparency and encourage feedback
  • Manage stakeholder relationships to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field. You should have proven experience in business improvement or a related role, with a focus on enhancing employee and stakeholder experiences.

You will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to tailor messages to different audiences effectively. Your project management skills should be demonstrated through your ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results.
