Head of Quality and Continuous Improvement

Catholic Early EdCare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Quality and Continuous Improvement. This pivotal role is responsible for driving quality improvement initiatives and ensuring adherence to the National Quality Framework across our early education and care services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery and ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework.
- Design and implement a comprehensive induction program for new staff to foster a sense of belonging, continuous improvement, and professional excellence.
- Provide leadership and strategic direction to Continuous Improvement Officers to promote positive relationships with services focusing on a culture of quality and excellence.
- Oversee the Assessment and Rating processes and support to ensure all services meet and exceed national standards.
- Collaborate with other relevant teams to ensure integrated and cohesive quality improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on quality improvement activities and outcomes to the General Manager Practice Governance & Risk.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality improvement programs and initiatives, ensuring they remain current and effective.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and legislative changes to ensure continuous improvement practices and any other related requirements are up-to-date.
- Driver's License
- Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
- Criminal History clearance
- Tertiary qualifications or substantial experience in early education, adult learning, or related fields.
- Minimum five years in senior leadership within early childhood education or a related sector.
- Expertise in coaching teams with the National Quality Framework and Assessment and Ratings.
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
