About the Role

As a Loss Mitigation Officer, you'll work with our clients to assist and resolve the impact of financial hardship. You'll assess requests for assistance and provide tailored solutions to ensure the best outcome for our clients.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts
  • Create customized solutions for clients experiencing financial hardship
  • Develop a positive rapport with clients by being empathetic, conscientious, and responsible
  • Provide exceptional customer service

About You

  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently on the phone
  • Natural empathy with clients and the ability to deal with sensitive circumstances
  • Accountability to manage your own work
  • Dedicated, responsible, and conscientious
  • Business, banking, or finance graduates are welcome to apply
