Technical Contract Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Contract Manager to join our team on a part-time basis in Melbourne.
This day rate contract, part-time opportunity is ideal for a skilled communicator with strong attention to detail and contract management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Renewals: Engage with stakeholders and vendors to facilitate contract renewals, including reviewing terms, coordinating with legal and procurement teams, and managing the contract cycle.
- Database Management: Maintain and update contract databases to ensure accuracy and easy accessibility.
- Contract Review: Assist in reviewing contracts alongside the commercial team.
- Contract Compliance: Review Terms of Business (TOB) within contracts, raise relevant questions, and seek guidance when needed.
- Stakeholder Communication: Monitor contract end dates and consult with stakeholders to determine next steps for expiring agreements.
- Experience working with project teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to lead and document procurement requirements;
- Strong communication, presentation, planning and organisational skills.
