About the Role

This 12-month fixed-term contract will see you working as a Contract Administrator in the Technology and Operations team. Your responsibilities will include preparing, reviewing, and managing tech infrastructure contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Contract Management: Prepare and review contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  2. Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with vendors to monitor deliverables, timelines, and service quality for infrastructure projects.
  3. Risk and Compliance Oversight: Assess contract terms for potential risks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  4. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all contract documents, amendments, and vendor communications.
  5. Financial Tracking: Monitor contract budgets, costs, and payment schedules to ensure financial compliance and effective cost control.
  6. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to support effective contract execution and issue resolution.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Relevant tertiary qualification (technology or business)
  • 3-5 years contract administration experience
  • Desirable but not essential: tech contract administration or financial services experience
  • Availability to start immediately or at short notice
  • Located in Australia with full working rights
