Job Description:

Turner & Townsend is seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to join their team in Melbourne. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for contract administration services, including tender and contracting processes, supply chain management, and contract negotiation and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all project-specific tender and contracting processes, maintaining a diversified supply chain and mitigating supplier capacity and schedule risks.
  • Negotiate contract terms with vendors, responsible for drafting contract documents in accordance with legal-approved templates.
  • Assist with the assessment and negotiation of variations with vendors, preparing relevant change management decks for processing.
  • Manage and oversee all relevant contract administration requirements, maintaining organized records of contracts and related documentation.
  • Lead and manage complex projects and programs, developing working relationships and driving projects to successful completion.
  • Manage project budgets, advising on options to keep the budget on track, and integrating vendor scope as part of the overall project delivery strategy.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in Business or equivalent knowledge and experience.
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of contract administration experience, preferably gained within the construction or infrastructure industry.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in contract administration tools, with advanced Microsoft skills.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, with excellent report and bid writing skills.
  • Highly motivated and driven, with a passion for delivering to clients.
