We are seeking an experienced Technical Solutions Manager to lead dynamic, product-focused teams in delivering cutting-edge solutions. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of technical projects and services from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in delivering Cyber Security and assurance projects, including managing project scope, schedule, budget constraints, and providing support to clear issues blocking delivery.

You will have implemented the Australian Signals Directorate (ASD) Essential Eight and the applicable Information Security Manual controls to achieve Maturity Level One in a complex ICT Environment, or have significant knowledge and experience implementing the Microsoft 365 product suite or similar digital transformation projects in a complex ICT Environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify key business objectives and provide solution recommendations while performing business proves and management consulting analysis.
  • Manage scope of projects from inception to closure.
  • Define, develop, and manage implementation schedules and project budgets.
  • Coordinate resources, prepare project teams for kick-off, and ensure effective completion of project milestones, control project scope, and mitigate risks.
  • Ensure project consultants are delivering to configuration, development, and methodology standards.
  • Ensure delivery processes are efficient and cost-effective.
  • Provide technical direction and leadership.
  • Ensure technical teams adhere to industry best practices, standards, and methodologies.
  • Lead and manage technical teams, including developers, engineers, and other technical professionals.
  • Identify and manage risks related to the technical delivery.
  • Provide technical expertise and support teams to solve complex technical challenges.

We offer a competitive salary of $150,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits and opportunities for career growth.
