The Australian commercial team is seeking an experienced professional to play a key role in driving sales and customer success. The Commercial Associate will be responsible for delivering demos and sales meetings with APAC-based prospects, converting them to paying customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement: Delivering demos and sales meetings with APAC-based prospects, converting them to paying customers.
  • Process Development: Leading the development and rollout of formal customer success processes, ensuring scalability while maintaining customer delight.
  • Product Expertise: Becoming a true product expert, advising on complex setups, troubleshooting challenges, and contributing to help and training materials.
  • Customer Onboarding: Managing relationships with trialists and customers, ensuring smooth onboarding, adoption, and ongoing value from Mayday.
  • Partnerships and Marketing: Supporting partnerships and marketing initiatives, providing customer insights to guide product, support, and marketing decisions.
About You:

We are looking for someone with first-hand experience of the problems we solve, preferably as an accountant or finance person. You should be fluent in debits and credits, excited about sales, and naturally curious with a fast learning ability.

You will need to become a true product expert, understanding our features inside-out, and be happy to take ownership of tasks without perfect instructions. Hyper-organised and a great relationship builder are essential skills for this role.
