The Client Lead is a critical role in driving strong partnerships and innovative media solutions for clients.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with leaders to drive business growth, shaping strategy and execution of new business pitches and opportunities.
- Build trusted partnerships through excellent relationship management skills.
- Lead a team across client service and media planning, mentoring and developing talent, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Manage team resources, workflow, and performance to ensure delivery against key performance indicators.
- Identify additional revenue opportunities across existing accounts.
- Ensure accurate forecasting, invoicing, and financial reporting. Monitor profitability and align with contract hours and deliverables.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Lead interagency collaboration and ensure seamless communication across stakeholders.
- Set the pace and direction for the client team, ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Stay ahead of media trends and share thought leadership.
