Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development and execution of our audience and commercial growth strategy in South Australia.


  • Lead strategic partnerships: Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders to enhance brand presence, advocacy, and community engagement.
  • Drive revenue growth: Develop and execute innovative consumer and client engagement initiatives to drive profitable revenue.
  • Marketing and advocacy campaigns: Create and deliver marketing and advocacy campaigns grounded in clear accountabilities, data, and analysis.
  • Sponsorship and partnership strategies: Develop and execute sponsorship and partnership strategies that support brand positioning and audience growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 15+ years' experience: Developing and managing strategic partnerships and sponsorships.
  • Proven track record: Delivering audience and revenue growth through partnerships and advocacy programs.
  • Strong leadership skills: Collaborating with diverse stakeholders and engaging with local communities.
  • Financial acumen: Managing revenue streams, market share analysis, and ROI reporting.
