The role of Strategic Partnership Manager at a leading access solutions company is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to drive business growth and expansion.
About the Position:This position will focus on building strong partnerships with clients to identify new business opportunities and increase market share throughout defined territories and customer groups. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing both marketing and sales activities, positioning the company as the business partner of choice for residential builders and their trade partners.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth, increase market share, and expand product offerings.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, fostering trust and mutual understanding.
- Manage and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and services, highlighting their value proposition and competitive edge.
- Provide training and support to distributors' sales staff on products, programs, and best practices.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of five years of demonstrated successful sales, business development, and/or key account management experience.
- A proven track record of achieving sales and growth goals, driving revenue growth, and expanding market share.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and build strong relationships.
- Financial acumen and budget management skills, with the ability to manage resources effectively.
- Previous experience working with residential builders and trade distributors is preferred but not essential.
