Strategic Partnership Manager for Defence Sector

 

  • Lead strategic partnerships with Department of Defence to drive transformational infrastructure and capability projects.

 

This role is at the forefront of building trusted relationships, fostering innovation, and driving growth in the Defence sector. As a Strategic Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing high-potential business opportunities, collaborating with industry partners, and delivering results-driven solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and maintain deep relationships with key stakeholders within the Department of Defence, including senior leaders and project managers.
  • Identify and pursue high-potential business opportunities that align with the client's strategic goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with industry partners to develop and deliver innovative solutions that meet the client's needs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to the team to ensure successful project delivery.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Proven track record of success in managing complex projects and developing strategic partnerships in the Defence sector.
  • Strong understanding of the Defence sector and its current trends and challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
