Global Intelligence and Engagement Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to coordinate international visits, onshore engagement, and strategic partnership events. The role requires experience in planning and managing visits and events, including understanding of official etiquette.

  • Event Planning: Coordinate international visits, onshore engagement, and strategic partnership events with relevant teams across the Division.
  • Brief Preparation: Assist in preparing engagement reports, partnership briefs, presentations, and communication materials to support global engagement activities.

The officer will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure successful event execution and effective communication.

Key Skills:

  • Experience in planning and managing visits and events.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite for business documentation, calendar coordination, and correspondence with senior executives.
  • Strong relationship management skills and experience working with key stakeholders.
