About You:
We are seeking an experienced Brand Partnerships and Business Development Leader who is passionate about influencer marketing and thrives in the dynamic intersection of content creation and business development. This strategic role is based at our office, demanding a visionary leader capable of shaping impactful brand collaborations that resonate with our audience and uphold our brand values.
Your Responsibilities and Skills:
- Networking and Relationship Building: Experience and expertise in establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with brand partners, sponsors, agencies, influencers, and content creators.
- Presentation and Pitching: Excellence at pitching creative and innovative ideas and value propositions to potential partners, ensuring that the partnership aligns with both the brand's goal and Spawnpoint Media's unique market position.
- Strategic Identification: Proficient at uncovering value and opportunities within internal content and values at Spawnpoint Media, and leveraging these - even when they are previously unknown.
- Educational Leadership: Able to educate internal departments and external brands on the strengths of Spawnpoint Media ensuring all stakeholders understand the full value of potential partnerships.
- Business Strategy Acumen: Comprehension of the broader business landscape to ensure partnership strategies align with long-term business goals, ensuring the growth and sustainability of partnerships.
Requirements:
- Proven experience and strong background in brand partnerships, ideally with experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, talent management, gaming, talent agencies, and/or content creation.
- Proven record of achieving KPIs (Conversion rates and retention).
- Strong track record of managing successful influencer campaigns and securing lucrative brand partnerships.
- Strong network of industry contacts to develop relationships with.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of persuading and influencing key stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects effectively under tight deadlines.
