Key Job Description

You will lead a national network of franchise locations, overseeing the performance and growth of multiple teams through strategic leadership.

The successful candidate will drive business growth through implementation of cutting-edge systems and processes that help franchisees scale revenue and increase profit.

They will implement measurable benefits to improve performance, increase franchisee satisfaction, and enhance brand consistency across locations.

A strong leader is required to drive system optimization, develop training programs, and collaborate cross-functionally on supply chain optimization and product innovation.

Job Requirements
  • Develop and coach Franchise Area Managers to become high-performing leaders who can support franchisees and drive regional results.
  • Focus on systems and processes that create repeatability and deliver tangible benefits to franchise owners, staff, and customers.
  • Develop comprehensive training programs covering commercial acumen, customer service excellence, and related capabilities.
  • Drive system optimization to enhance franchisee skills and enable revenue/profit growth.
  • Lead compliance and operational excellence initiatives to ensure brand consistency across locations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on supply chain optimization and product innovation.

Requirements
  • Currently in a similar role managing multiple franchise locations or a distributed network through a small team; ready to step into a challenging national high-impact role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving performance across dispersed teams.
  • Experience using KPI-driven methodologies and business planning tools.
  • Willingness to travel to support a national network.
  • Balancing strategic thinking with hands-on support and a genuine interest in helping franchise owners build profitable, sustainable businesses.
  • Proven ability in financial management, budgeting, and revenue growth strategies.
  • Excellent coaching and communication skills with cross-functional collaboration experience.
