What You Will Be Working On:
- Develop and coach Franchise Area Managers to become high-performing leaders.
- Focusing on systems and processes that create repeatability and deliver measurable benefits.
- Develop training programs covering commercial acumen, customer service excellence, and related capabilities.
- Drive system optimization to enhance franchisee skills and enable revenue/profit growth.
- Lead compliance and operational excellence initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on supply chain optimization and product innovation.

Qualifications:
- Currently in a similar role managing multiple franchise locations or a distributed network through a small team.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving performance across dispersed teams.
- Experience using KPI-driven methodologies and business planning tools.
- Willingness to travel to support a national network.
- Balancing strategic thinking with hands-on support and a genuine interest in helping franchise owners build profitable, sustainable businesses.
- Proven ability in financial management, budgeting, and revenue growth strategies.
- Excellent coaching and communication skills with cross-functional collaboration experience.
