We are seeking an experienced National Business Manager to lead our sales team in a dynamic and growing industry.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing national retail partnerships, building forecasts, achieving sales targets, and driving annual joint business plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Owning and leading strategic relationships with major national grocery retailers
- Building accurate forecasts and achieving sales targets
- Leading customer negotiations and engagement
- Identifying and unlocking new business development opportunities
- Influencing product and category strategies
- Managing the customer investment plan
- Translating strategy into action through channel activation plans
Requirements:

- Excellent commercial and financial acumen
- Leadership and collaboration skills with experience leading cross-functional teams
- Ability to identify and unlock new revenue streams
