This position oversees the national franchise network, driving performance and growth across a team of area managers and trainers.
The National Franchise Manager will implement cutting-edge systems to support franchisees in scaling their businesses, increasing revenue and profit, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
A key responsibility is developing and coaching high-performing leaders who can drive regional results and support franchise owners in achieving their goals.
The ideal candidate has experience managing multiple franchise locations or a distributed network, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving performance.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and coach Franchise Area Managers to become high-performing leaders
- Implement systems that create repeatability and deliver measurable benefits to franchise owners, staff, and customers
- Develop training programs covering commercial acumen, customer service excellence, and related capabilities
- Drive system optimization to enhance franchisee skills and enable revenue/profit growth
- Lead compliance and operational excellence initiatives to ensure brand consistency across locations
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving performance across dispersed teams
- Experience using KPI-driven methodologies and business planning tools
- Willingness to travel to support a national network
- Balancing strategic thinking with hands-on support and a genuine interest in helping franchise owners build profitable, sustainable businesses
- Excellent coaching and communication skills with cross-functional collaboration experience
