Position Overview:

In the role of Commercial Finance Manager, you will be instrumental in propelling equipment sales by refining financing strategies and nurturing robust partnerships with both our internal sales personnel and external financial entities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance equipment sales through the optimization of financing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with sales teams and external financial organizations.
  • Perform comprehensive analyses of financial documents to deliver actionable insights.
  • Assess credit reports and provide informed recommendations for credit evaluations.
  • Drive the achievement of sales and market share objectives to ensure ongoing success for Brandt Finance.
  • Monitor competitive trends to maintain Brandt Finance's dedication to superior offerings.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as required.

Candidate Profile:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in equipment financing, demonstrating a successful history in structuring financing solutions and managing financial risks in a commercial context.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the equipment sales sector, including knowledge of financing frameworks, credit assessment, and compliance standards.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are vital, as collaboration with sales teams, financial institutions, and internal stakeholders is key.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret financial documents, evaluate credit risks, and provide strategic guidance.
  • A collaborative mindset with a proven ability to build effective relationships to achieve shared objectives.
  • Previous experience with the Brandt group would be advantageous.
