Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field, with a strong foundation in business principles and practices.
- At least 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably within the retail or flooring industry, with a proven track record of success and achievement.
- Strong understanding of procurement, logistics, and inventory management, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers, driving business value and growth.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing environments, with a can-do attitude and a passion for learning and continuous improvement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
