Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance equipment sales through the optimization of financing solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with sales teams and external financial institutions.

  • Assess credit reports and provide informed recommendations for credit decisions.
  • Drive the achievement of sales and market share objectives to ensure the ongoing success of Brandt Finance.

Candidate Profile:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in equipment finance, demonstrating a successful history in structuring financing solutions and managing financial risk in a commercial environment.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the equipment sales sector, including knowledge of financing structures, credit assessment, and regulatory standards.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are crucial, as collaboration with sales teams, financial institutions, and internal stakeholders is essential.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret financial statements, evaluate credit risk, and offer strategic recommendations.
  • A collaborative mindset, excelling in building productive relationships to achieve shared objectives.
  • Previous experience with the Brandt group would be advantageous.
