Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities Will Include, But Not Be Limited To:
* Develop and implement operational plans, policies, and procedures to optimize efficiency, productivity, and safety.
* Manage facility budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to achieve cost-effective operations.
* Collaborate with other departments to coordinate operational activities and achieve company objectives.
* Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
* Oversee operations staff to maintain high-performance standards and promote a culture of safety and teamwork.
* Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations and company policies and procedures.
About You:
* Prior experience in a similar operations management role within the transport/waste/logistics and/or in an industrial environment is desirable.
* Knowledge of HSE and environmental legislation and comprehensive safety management systems.
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively lead and develop teams to achieve operational goals and objectives.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
