Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Financial Manager to lead the implementation of a new Finance ERP system as the subject matter expert. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and delivering accurate and timely monthly financial accounts, managing cash flow, budgeting, and financial reporting. Additionally, they will oversee central administrative functions, including accounts payable, receivable, and banking, and participate in the Executive Management Team to contribute to strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of a new Finance ERP system as the subject matter expert.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate and timely monthly financial accounts.
  • Manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Oversee central administrative functions, including accounts payable, receivable, and banking.
  • Participate in the Executive Management Team to contribute to strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with ASIC, ATO, and other regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • CPA/CA qualified accountant with at least three years of practical experience.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a track record of delivering projects on time.
  • Practical thinker with the ability to get hands dirty with day-to-day activities while contributing to strategic goal-setting.
  • Systems savvy with experience in leading ERP implementations.
  • Keen eye for detail and a commitment to driving operational efficiencies.
