As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and facilitating clear communication with stakeholders.

About the Role:

The Financial Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Handling data entry, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations.
  • Preparing financial accounts up to the trial balance stage and reporting to relevant authorities.
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting policies and state payroll laws.
  • Liaising with stakeholders, external accountants, and government regulatory bodies.
  • Assisting with additional financial tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Qualifications and/or experience in bookkeeping.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Xero.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
