Strategic Learning and Development Professional

This is a dynamic and fast-paced role for an experienced learning professional to lead the development and implementation of organisational strategies across the organisation.
The successful candidate will have a passion for organisational development and be able to work effectively in a rapidly changing environment, developing and facilitating leadership and soft skills programs, as well as creating learning materials and facilitating localisation and implementation of initiatives.
- Lead and deliver strategic projects aligned with business goals.
- Develop and facilitate leadership and soft skills programs for leaders and teams.
- Design fit-for-purpose initiatives that support business priorities & projects.
- Create learning materials including presentations, tools, and training packages.
- Facilitate the localisation & implementation and roll out of related initiatives
- Build internal networks to support consultation and collaboration.
- Develop and manage the learning calendar.
To succeed in this role, you will need a relevant qualification in Education, Training or Adult Learning, experience in OD/LD, strong facilitation and presentation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
