**Job Title:** Learning & Development Professional
We are seeking a skilled Learning & Development Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.
- Program Management: Design, develop, and deliver workforce enablement and transformation projects.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish and track key performance indicators to measure program success.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize program effectiveness.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A tertiary qualification in human resources or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in working on change and/or workforce transformation projects.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
