**Job Title:** Learning and Development Professional

Our organization is seeking an experienced Learning and Development Professional to support the Business Improvement & Performance team across projects based in our Sydney office.

This newly created position will play a pivotal role, assisting in strategic growth initiatives, process optimization, learning program development, and stakeholder engagement.

This role suits someone with high energy, creativity, and a willingness to grow their skill set in a diverse and inclusive team environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design and deploy training content via learning management systems for learning programs, care plans, and reviews.
  • Assist in business requests and recommend solutions for process improvements, performance, learning, and quality.
  • Develop and implement learning programs and curriculums.
  • Facilitate onboarding and induction programs for new starters.
  • Create ongoing communications strategies across the organization.
  • Coordinate and drive VOC recruitment campaigns.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience working within the learning and development space, using learner management systems.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
  • Sound administration and computing skills, specifically in MS Office.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with LMS experience.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking.
