Our organisation is seeking a strategic Learning and Development Professional to lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of our learning initiatives.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing employee capabilities and fostering a culture of continuous development across the organisation.
  • They will be responsible for designing and delivering learning and development strategies aligned with organisational goals.
  • This includes conducting training needs analyses across business units, developing and implementing engaging learning programs (in-house and outsourced), and partnering with stakeholders to support talent development, performance improvement, and succession planning.
  • Additionally, they will oversee the coordination and delivery of training logistics via the Learning and Development Coordinator, evaluate the effectiveness of learning interventions, and report on outcomes.
  • The ideal candidate will also have experience leading projects including leadership development, onboarding programs, and digital learning solutions, as well as ensuring compliance with mandatory training and maintaining accurate training records.
Key Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a learning and development or training advisory role.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience managing or mentoring staff.
  • Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
