About the Role:
A leading commercial fit-out construction company seeks an experienced Learning and Development professional to develop and implement strategic training initiatives. Collaborate with commercial leaders to create a seamless employee experience and drive business growth through effective learning programs.
This dynamic role involves working closely with HR, finance, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of training objectives with organizational goals. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing learning strategies that meet the needs of diverse stakeholders
- Designing and delivering training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Coordinating external training providers and managing logistics
- Tracking and analyzing training effectiveness to inform future program development
- Providing support to managers in achieving recruitment targets for apprentices, cadets, and graduates
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in learning and development or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Certification in Training and Development or a related field (Certificate IV in Training and Assessment)
