This is a key role that drives the execution of learning initiatives aligned with core business objectives for our Delivery Services Operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and develop a team of minimum 6 professionals across various regions.
- Assess, track, and facilitate impactful training programs for new and current employees.
- Develop strategic training initiatives for critical roles such as Yard Marshals, TDRs, or Learning Ambassadors.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Management, Human Resources, Education, Supply Chain/Logistics)
- Proven experience in coaching and employee development.
- Previous experience in delivering effective training & information to employees.
