Senior Business Development Representative

We are seeking two highly motivated individuals to join our Australian Inside Sales team based in our Melbourne office. As a Senior Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Execute the Solera Lead & Opportunity Management process to build a robust sales pipeline, including prospecting for new business and understanding customer needs.
- Lead generation expertise to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources, such as prospect lists, discovery research, tradeshows, telesales, marketing, referrals, partners, website, consultants, and call campaigns.
- Ensure CRM tools and Solera value-selling methodologies are leveraged to process and track opportunities.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives for your assigned territory.
- Accept inbound and perform outbound telephone calls to identify sales opportunities.
- Meet and exceed daily call & activity metrics.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Six months to one year of experience within an inside sales role with a track record of achieving goals and quotas.
- Preferred experience with technology and automotive sales.
- Preferred Salesforce CRM experience.
- Ability to be a team player and perform in a fast-paced, inside sales-oriented environment.
$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
