Senior Business Development Representative

A competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum awaits an experienced Senior Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team at ANZ Worldline Payment Solutions.
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled professional to support the SMB Sales Consultants and Retention Managers by managing all inbound calls and lead referrals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for timely and accurate responses to incoming emails, taking inbound calls from new or existing customers, and making outbound follow-up calls to drive SMB Sales and Retentions.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, customer service orientation, contact centre experience, and proficiency in CRM systems. If you're a results-driven individual with the ability to influence and manage multiple stakeholders, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Implement strategies to optimize the conversion rate of inbound leads through adherence to ANZ Worldline triaging frameworks
- Actively engage with potential customers during inbound calls to enhance lead transformation
- Increase new business and retention success rate through effective handling of inbound inquiries
- Ensure proper execution of the referral process between ANZ and ANZ Worldline Payment Solutions Australia
- Adhere to ANZ Worldline Payment Solutions policies, processes, and external regulatory and legislative requirements
