Strategic Acquisition Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Buyer's Agent to lead our acquisition process, driving strategic decision-making and guiding the team in delivering high-quality deals that meet client objectives.

This is a unique opportunity to influence strategy, drive growth, and shape the future of our business. As a key member of our leadership team, you will own the full acquisition process, from sourcing and analysing potential deals to negotiating and delivering results.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in deal-making, with significant experience in sourcing, analysing, negotiating, and delivering complex acquisitions. They will be a steady, strategic thinker who can balance short-term needs with long-term objectives, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the full acquisition process, ensuring quality and strategy alignment across all deals
  • Lead a high-performing team, mentoring and supporting others to achieve exceptional results
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive growth and improve systems and processes
