The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives. This includes:

  • Designing and implementing end-to-end search and recruitment projects
  • Building and maintaining relationships with senior leaders to understand their commercial objectives and talent needs
  • Developing succession pools for senior and critical or hard-to-fill roles
  • Contributing to thought leadership as a key member of the talent acquisition leadership team
  • Providing regular leadership, mentoring, and coaching to direct reports and the broader talent acquisition team

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in executive search and/or senior leadership roles within an internal talent acquisition function
  • Proven ability to design and implement best-in-class service delivery models, leading and managing end-to-end search assignments, strategic sourcing, and talent mapping
  • Leadership capability and experience, specifically leading talent partners and senior advisors who have significant experience
  • Demonstrated working experience with customer relationship management (CRM) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to effectively capture data and insights
  • Critical thinking, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to overlay commercial acumen to decisions and recommendations
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to share thought leadership and showcase new perspectives
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, provide purpose, and enhance high-performing teams
