This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a large and complex talent acquisition function through significant sector transformation.

The role will oversee a nationally dispersed team of professionals, responsible for the development and execution of short, mid and long-range talent acquisition goals and objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting and building the TA road map that addresses primary talent resourcing and strategic workforce planning objectives
  • Collaborating with the broader P&C team on projects and initiatives that optimise the TA function and build contemporary methodologies and practice
  • Holding responsibility for all Talent Programs including traineeships and graduate recruitment
