Job Title:

A highly experienced Buyer’s Agent is required to lead the acquisition process for a growing property business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning the full acquisition process, including sourcing, analysing, negotiating and delivering deals that align with client objectives.
  • Ensuring quality and strategy alignment through thorough deal assessment and review.
  • Mentoring and supporting junior team members by sharing expertise and providing feedback.
  • Tackling complex challenges, from vendor negotiations to due diligence hurdles.
  • Improving systems and processes to enhance team performance and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • A seasoned Buyer's Agent with extensive deal experience, ideally hundreds of transactions under their belt.
  • An active investor who understands client mindsets, risks and opportunities firsthand.
  • A strategic thinker able to remain calm under pressure and make decisive decisions when needed.
  • A collaborative leader who naturally guides and supports others.
  • A commercially minded operator who anticipates market trends rather than simply reacting to them.
  • A process-driven professional who values quality, accuracy and consistency.
